Sourcing Optimizer is currently experiencing delayed email sending. This issue is with a sub-processor Keelvar uses to send emails. We are monitoring the situation.

Sourcing Optimizer had partially degraded functionality starting at 05:05 UTC on February 5th lasting for 23 minutes. The application remained responsive but some task processing was delayed for a period of time.
Sourcing Optimizer suffered degraded availability over a 6 hour period starting on Sunday, January 3rd at 04:23am. Keelvar investigated the issue related to our logging infrastructure and have actioned improvements to prevent a recurrence.
For 6 minutes our system health check reported an issue due to connection timeouts. Our investigation shows this was a transient connection issue between our monitoring system and our infrastructure systems with no customer impact.
An October 23rd incident resulted in a subset of asynchronous processing, such as report generation, to be delayed or in some cases fail. Wider application usage was not impacted. This was caused by one asynchronous server becoming unresponsive after running out of memory. The issue was remediated in 18 minutes.
